JaaS39 provides software and related materials.

Certified Sovereign Instances (CSIs) and Digital Trustees operate independently. JaaS39 does not:

  • Operate customer environments

  • Control Digital Trustee infrastructure

  • Provide runtime control over deployed instances

  • Access third-party cloud environments

Operational responsibility rests solely with the applicable Digital Trustee under separate agreements.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Software descriptions

  • Architecture concepts

  • Documentation

are the property of Silver Plaza Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

“MycroVault™” and related marks are trademarks of Silver Plaza Inc.

 

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Reverse engineer

  • Modify

  • Create derivative works

  • Use our trademarks without written consent

 

7. No Warranty

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
